You are already committed to providing support for people with physical disabilities - e.g. providing wheelchair ramps.

Hove you considered providing support for people who cannot access your services because they can't use words? - i.e. provide communication ramps for them?

We will work in partnership with local speech and language therapists to set up training courses for your staff to learn how to support communication.
